Student Expectations

• I will bring my iPad, fully charged, to school every day.

• I will never leave the iPad unattended in an unsupervised area including the locker room floor, the cafeteria, and outside areas.

• I will never loan my iPad to other individuals.

• I will know where my iPad is at all times.

• I will protect the screen from scratches.

• I will keep food and beverages away from my iPad since they may cause damage to it.

• I will not disassemble or try to repair any part of my iPad or attempt any repairs possibly voiding the warranty.

• I will protect my iPad by storing it in the protective cover provided by Keystone.

• I will not leave my iPad in a parked car.

• I understand that my iPad is subject to inspection at any time without notice and that it remains the property of Keystone.

• I will follow Keystone’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and the iPads Policy and Procedures Guidelines.

• I will use the school-provided Internet resources for educational purposes only.

• I will use appropriate language when using email, journals, wikis, blog, or other forms of communication.  I will not create, or encourage others to create, discourteous or abusive content.  I will not use electronic communication to spread rumors, gossip, or engage in activity that is harmful to other persons.

• I will not deface the serial number, remove school-installed profiles, or attempt to alter the iPad’s identification features.

• I will be responsible for all damage or loss caused by neglect or abuse.

• I agree to return the iPad, power cords and iPad case in good working condition immediately upon request by Keystone.

• I agree to pay for the replacement of power cords ($10 for cord, $20 for Power Brick) or the iPad case ($45) in the event any of these items are lost, stolen, or damaged.

• I will return the iPad issued to me to Keystone at the end of each school year. If I leave Keystone for any reason, I will return the school-issued iPad on the date of termination.

• I agree to pay the replacement cost of the iPad if I fail to return it at the end of the school year or upon termination of enrollment.
