As seen in Batman: Arkham Knight, Bruce Wayne has bulletproof plates with titanium-weaved liquid armor underneath it. This armor acts like a liquid normally but turns to solid when hit. This material would easily take close to $5,000,000 to develop and produce. These parts easily develop into a 20-25 million dollar project.

Helmet Mounted Display and Weapons

The Helmet Mounted Display that is used on F-35 pilots might be the one that is used with a real Iron Man armor copy. While this display costs a very large amount of money, it is one of the most technologically advanced display available at the moment. VSI, the company that creates the helmet, is giving the user a completely new experience. With a carbon fiber outer-shell, the HMD allows the pilot to have fully 360 degree experience. The days of looking around for other planes in a dogfight are gone. Everything is transparent for the user: the floor, the roof, the back, everything. Combined with infrared and night vision capabilities, this helmet is a revolution in technology and the Iron Man armor would have this.
